Hi, I’m Perry!
I’m a community engagement & project management professional in Indianapolis, IN. In my most recent role, I curated, managed, and oversaw all programs and initiatives that served students in grades 7 - 12, while also managing programs that served and supported our educators in public, private, and alternative settings. Additionally, I supported the operations and logistics of early childhood and elementary school programming.
I am also a seasoned communications professional, responsible for developing communication strategies that are conducive to the unique needs of our constituents, and managing tactical marketing.
I am a driven, passionate, and invested member of our community who is eager to help others experience the best Indianapolis has to offer, while also serving their needs.
Career Highlights
Successfully merged two staple programs of the ISO to increase visibility and participation by 112%, while also achieving a cost savings of $4,500.
Narrated 50+ Teddy Bear Series performances in over 15 venues throughout Indiana and in Washington, D.C. Through Teddy Bear, we have served & engaged nearly 10,000 young children and their families.
Created and launched Classical Jam with the ISO, which has now served over 180 adult avocational musicians over 4 annual events.
Created and launched the Audition Prep Masterclass for Strings serving 60+ student musicians and 30+ University partners over 4 annual events.
Developed a comprehensive branding & marketing plan for email to see increased readership of 2,000+ subscribers, 36% open rates, and 19.6% click rates.
